Booking Form Algarve Golf in the News  Alan Shearer plays Royal Golf Course    Newcastle football hero and former England Captain, Alan Shearer, enjoyed a round of golf on the Vale do Lobo Royal Golf Course together with fellow footballer Rob Lee, and friends. The popular Geordie star also enjoyed some fun evernings in Monty's restaurant at the Praça during his stay in the Algarve.  Two New Holes on Ocean Golf Course.  Sam Torrance plays    The two newly constructed holes on the Ocean Golf Course at Vale do Lobo are now playable and have been added to the course layout. Existing hole numbers four and five have been closed. As per the plans of the golf architect, Rocky Roquemore to upgrade the Ocean Golf Course, the two new holes have been created to aloow the existing front nine to be re-developed on a rotational basis. Ryder Cup Captain, Sam Torrance and his son Daniel took the opportunity to play the new holes while on holiday in Vale do Lobo recently and Ocena Golf Course Members were able to play the new holes for the first time last month during the annual Vale do Lobo Golf Week.
